Refunds 

If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, please contact us at Preciousbbyzshop@gmail.com before filing a chargeback or other penalty.We take customer satisfaction very seriously, and prefer to come to an amicable agreement in the case of any dissatisfaction.

Refunds are dispersed on a case by case basis.  Refunds are not granted in the case of buyer's negligence or mishandling of the product. A refund may be granted in the case that the item sent to the customer is faulty, and there is not a replacement available.


Returns

Returns will be granted on a case by case basis. In the case of a return, a shipping label will be sent to you. A return request must be sent within 5 business days of buyer's receipt. Details of the return (refund, replacement, etc.) will be negotiated at the time of the return.

Forced returns are not accepted and will be ignored. In the case of unclaimed items that are returned to me, buyers are responsible to contact Precious Bbyz and pay for return shipping costs.
